I know...kind of worrying that 'empowering' word, all a bit happy clappy, especially when associated with therapy! But really, find someone working in a dynamic, positive, solution focused way, and you won't be stared at blankly and asked 'and how do you feel about that?'! You'll find it a very pro-active, effective, and supportive experience.
